This is a brand new aftermarket part made from black ABS plastic. Due to the same production method as the factory ones the plastic wall thickness does differ in places- it is thinner on the top. Not fiberglass.

Mounting: This is a very simple to install part- you simply install it between the shock towers by pushing it in. No bolts needed.
